I am so proud of all of my Physical Education classes. They are working so hard and managing to maintain positive attitudes each class period. We have done Step Aerobics, Yoga Booty Ballet, Butts and Guts, Pilates, tough abdominal workouts, and Interval Training without ANY complaining. Keep up the great work students.

Students are doing great! They are working hard and improving their strength, flexibilty, and cardiovascular endurance. Encourage your child to work hard for their 10 points each day. The trimester is winding down and we want grades to stay up!

We pulled out DDR for the classes last week. This is now an option during Weight Room and Circuit Training workouts. Students love it!
Classes are still able to get outdoors for walking. Everyone is working hard and getting into better shape.
Please encourage your child to keep moving throughout class. This is a perfect opportunity to get the FDA recommended 60 minutes of exercise per day! It not only improves cardiovascular endurance, but enhances mood and overall success in the classroom.
