Bowling is going very well. Students are beginning to understand the paper/pencil scoring and proper etiquette. There is a lot of energy in this class.

 Please remember to bring the $85.00 for your 85 games and free shoes/ball.

Please arrive at the bowling alley no later than 1:50 each day. Arrive no later than 2:14 on late start Wednesdays. DRIVE THE SPEED LIMIT. If the weather is bad, drive much slower and don’t worry about arriving on time. Safety is first! If the weather is really bad, class will be canceled and time will be made up at a later date. There is no time to stop for gas, food, etc. Take care of those things ahead of time. You may bring snacks, but the bowling alley offers water, pop, and snack foods.  Water and nutritious snacks are suggested.

 Directions: 31 North (towards Grand Haven), take to VanWagoner exit. Turn left on VanWagoner. Go over bridge and then take the first right on Cove St. This street loops back and you will see the bowling alley in front of you. Be sure to park in the back, closest to the highway. Remember to get a carpool going and take turns driving. If you get four people in your carpool, you will only have to drive three of the twelve weeks.

Be sure to finish your weekly averages. League play begins next week!

We are busy bowling at the alley. Students remember your socks and manners! It will be a fun week of gutter balls and laughter. Thursday’s class will be out at 2:50 and please be sure to write the course schedule in your Agenda Book.

We will meet in the Auxilary gym hallway Wed., Sept. 3.

You may bring a water bottle to class, but snacks must be eaten before entering bowling alley.

Looks like Zack Graham, Kyle Durnell, and Kyle Baker have taken the leading overall team position. It is still a close race.

Zack Graham is the current leading male and Haley Batchelor still holds the top female spot.

Everyone is improving their average and class continues to be fun each day.

Bowling class is moving along with most students improving their overall average. Looks like Ryan Magerowski, Jeff Wilke, and Wes Chandler have taken the top team spot. Zack Graham, Kyle Durnell, and Kyle Baker’s team are close behind. And, Zack Figley, Elias Sepsakos, and Nate Purchase are still in the tight race! Nick Jacobs is making the most improvement in bowling class while Haley Batchelor is still our number one girl!

The teams are formed and the competition is on! League play is what it is all about. Zack Figley, Elias Sepsakos, and Nate Purchase are in the lead with Zack Graham, Kyle Durnell, and Kyle Baker following close behind. But, don’t underestimate Ryan Magerowski, Jeff Wilke, and Wes Chandler. High female score goes to Haley Batchelor with a 178 and high male score goes to Ryan Magerowski with a 222.
