132 MSHS Choir students are participating. Check the Young American’s Student list (under Pages, on the right) to see who got involved. Besides the six schools in the Mona Shores District, we have students participating from 7 or 8 other school districts. Fruitport, Reeths Puffer, North Muskegon, Muskegon Catholic, Spring Lake, West Michigan Arts Academy, Walker Charter Academy, Walden Green Montessori)It would be very helpful if MSHS students could please store their lunches, backpacks, etc in their own lockers. We’re going to try and create a tiny area in auditorium lobby to let the other schools have a “spot” to store stuff (including our elementary and middle school) so if we don’t have a 132 backpacks, etc from the high school that would be awesome.

Due to the huge number of participants, we are going to adjust our schedule a bit and do our dress rehearsal on Monday night and then GIVE TWO SHOWS ON TUESDAY!! With 300 participants, we feel that one show is going to sell out very quickly. Thus we are adding a 4:00pm show as well as keeping our 7:30pm show!!! We are in need of parents that can chaperone between the two shows (approximately 6:00pm-7:30pm) If willing, please contact Julee Wilke (contact info. found above). Thanks!
