We started our Cheesecake sale this past Wednesday. Here are the details:

The sale began last week Wednesday and will last until THIS Friday, Feb. 1st. The cheesecakes will be delivered to the high school on Tuesday, Feb. 12th (just in time for Valentine’s Day!).

They are restaurant quality cheesecakes, weighing approximately 4 lbs. and are presliced into 14 restaurant size portions. They are less expensive than any bakery or restaurant:

Cost per cake: Cost per slice:

15.50 1.10

19.00 1.35

There are 14 delectable flavors to choose from, including a Variety which features 7 different flavors, two slices of each.

Thawed cheesecakes can be frozen more than once. Shelf life in the refrigerator is 5 days. They can be frozen for up to 6 months.

The Cheesecakes are delivered frozen from the Chicago, Il. area (Gormet’s Delight, Inc.) and are made with the highest quality, freshest available natural ingredients with no preservatives added.

Incentives include:

Sell the most cheesecakes in your choir class and receive $25 cash. (4 choirs at $25 per choir).

Also, anyone who sells 4 cheesecakes will have their name put in a drawing (every additional 4 cakes sold–your name will go in again.) We will draw 3 names and give away $50, $50 and $100 cash to three lucky winners!

NEW!! Collage rehearsal will be on the 1/2 day, Friday, February 8th. The school day ends at 10:40am that day and rehearsal will be following. Time TBA soon! We start with the big group so most of you will be done fairly quickly–unless you are in Singers, Chamber Choir and/or were selected as a specialty act–then the rehearsal will last longer!

NEW & IMPORTANT!! All Collage and Showcase participants need to see me today for a gathering information session…sounds important, No?

The Collage Concert is coming up quickly. The date is Sunday, February 10th at 3pm in the MSHS Performing Arts Center (PAC). This is a really unique concert that features not only all of our choir students but the top performers in the choir, band and orchestra, chosen by audition. Their is no applause between numbers as the we move swiftly from one number to the next.

NEW!! All 9-11 Choir Participants–I have certificates of participation for you (better late than never) signed by Pete Hoekstra.
