REMINDER: TRIP INSURANCE UPDATE!! If you want information on Trip Insurance, go to: www.ambassador-tours.com and click on INSURANCE. This site has all the contact information and other detailed info for the two companies that we recommend: Travelex and Travelguard.FYI: I also received this email from a choir parent:”I thought you might be interested in the information I found out on travel insurance. When I called my insurance company they gave me a web site to look at. It is imglobal.com. The cost of a student’s trip ($3,000 trip cost) was quoted at 75.90. This is cheaper than what we were told at the meeting. “Further, it has been recommended that anyone interested in getting insurance first check with their own health insurance providers. They may provide worldwide coverage already. Many of the better plans do offer a lot of the same benefits for travel abroad that these supplemental travel insurance companies offer.

FINAL PAYMENT INFO:

THE FINAL BRAZIL PAYMENT (TOTAL TRIP COST, $3,199) IS DUE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 30TH. THE COST FOR THE AIRPORT/SECURITY/DEPARTURE/FUEL TAXES, SURCHARGES AND GRATUITIES IS $245. SINCE THE TIME OF THAT CONTRACT, THE COST WENT UP TO $140.)
