POP GO THE SAILORS TICKET INFORMATION!!

The 36th Annual Pop Go the Sailors dates are: May 14, 15, 16. All shows are at 7:30pm and all seats are $12 (all seats are reserved). Tickets go on sale to ALL current choir parents on April 29 and 30 in the front lobby of the HS from 5:30pm-8:30pm and on May 2 in the PAC lobby from 9am-12:00pm. Parents are limited to 10 tickets per family on April 28, 29, 30 and May 2 only. You will be receiving a mailing in the next day or two with an ORANGE sheet of paper in it, explaining all of this again. YOU MUST PRESENT THIS ORANGE LETTER TO GET YOUR TICKETS ON April 28, 29, 30 and May 2 only.

Tickets go on sale to the PUBLIC in the PAC lobby on May 4-7 from 6pm-8pm, on May 9 from 10am-12pm, on May 11-13 from 6pm-8pm and on May 14-15 from 11am-1pm. Tickets will also be sold at the door if available.

REMINDER!! Pops Specialty Act reps: We will be taking “street” portraits of each act’s members for the powerpoint around the school. However, if you are willing and able to gather all your members together this Sunday, May 3rd anytime after 1:00 PM. we can create cool shots downtown (picture Mambo in the streets)! If interested, please contact Mrs. Barnard before Friday on facebook, via email barnards@verizon.net, or by phone 755-3159.

REMINDER!! Pop Go the Sailors T-Shirts are now available. They are $13 and will look similar to the above design. The money is due by this week Friday at the latest. Cash and checks (made payable to Mona Shores Choir) are accepted.

Monday, May 11th 6pm-9:30pm (ish) Specific 8 minute time slots TBA.

Tuesday, May 12th 6pm-10pm (mass staging of opener, then run show in order). Choir students watch show!

Wednesday, May 13 6pm-10pm (mass staging of the closer, then run show in order). Choirs backstage when not performing.

Thursday, May 14th Opening Night!! Be checked in by 6:45pm at the latest. Show will end around 9:45pm (ish).

Friday, May 15th Be checked in by 6:45pm at the latest. Show will end around 9:45pm (ish).

Saturday, May 16th Be checked in by 6:45pm at the latest. Show will end around 9:45pm (ish). All uniforms must be turned in after Saturday night’s show. Failure to do so will result in you having to take your uniform to the cleaners on your own, pay to have it dry cleaned, and then return it to the high school in a timely fashion.

REMINDER!! Coffeehouse is coming up on Tuesday, May 5th at 7pm in the cafeteria. Coffeehouse audition results are posted HERE as well as in the choir room hallway.

REMINDER!! Allegro “Little Shop of Horrors” DVD order forms are now available under Pages on the right of this blog (or in class on the table in front of the smart cart). The deadline for ordering these is May 11th.
