Due to the last minute, overwhelming response to the MTV show auditions, they have moved the date to this Saturday…..if interested, they will contact you to give you a time for a 15 minute interview. If selected, you will meet in the dance room and wait for your interview, which will be held in one of the dressing rooms.

NEW!! 1969 Mona Shores High School graduate Gwenneth Bean will be giving a concert on Saturday, June 6th at 7:30pm at the Frauenthal Center. Student tickets are $10-$15 and adults are $20-$25 with $5 off for seniors. Gwenneth has sung at the Metropolitan Opera and stages around the world. She specializes in the operettic singing style and the concert is being promoted as, “Gwenneth Bean Sings her Favorites.”

Well, the Community Foundation of Muskegon County is offering a “Match Day.” Just bring in a donation for ”The Mona Shores Choir” (your qualifying favorite nonprofit!) and they will match it – 50 cents to the dollar! All donations & matched dollars go directly to us. Thursday May 28 7:30am – 5:30pm Frauenthal Lobby. The foundation has $70, 295 with which to match your gifts-first come, first served so get there as early as you can!

Please dress appropriately for the occasion. Jeans are not allowed at the country club and guys are expected to wear a shirt with a collar. Most students are “semi-formal” with guys wearing for example khakis with a nice shirt or even a tie. Girls typically wear things like sundresses.
