Kristin Brown, Leanne Anderson, Christi Kosheba, Deanne Lowery, Kelley Meyers shot a 69 to win the women’s flight.

Sailor Classic, with the help of many sponsors, players, and volunteers has raised over ¼ million dollars for Mona Shores Sailor Athletics over the years. These funds are and will continue to be used for bettering the student-athletes’ experience at Mona Shores. Also, for the last thirteen years, two graduating seniors are awarded scholarships as part of our mission (see “Scholarship Winners” tab).
In 2000, a foundation account was created at the Community Foundation and funded yearly with proceeds from the tournament. The account has grown to over $90,000 and continues to grow with $5,000 contributed each year.
The 2011 tournament held in July raised over $18,000 with 340 golfers participating. This was the 21st year of the tournament!
We believe this 22nd year will be a huge success and fill up very quickly so be prepared to have your team and monies ready for this coming year. Look forward to seeing you on July 20, 2012 for our 22nd!
