8th Grade Research Project

All students will need:

  • 100 blank notecards
  • a flashdrive
  • plastic sandwich bag to store notecards (NO RUBBERBANDS)
  • Public Library Card
  • Big 6 Book (provided by teacher)

We will be developing the following skills through this research project: locating resources, narrowing a topic, note-taking, citing sources, outlining, drafting strong thesis statements, developing powerful introductions/conclusions, and the elements of public speaking.
