The 4th and 5th grade students in Multiage have been assigned a project to create a model of the Solar System for science. This project may be worked on in pairs or small groups (2-4) making one project for the group. The model must be to scale and using accurate colors of the planets. The children are free to design what type model they will create. A rubric will come home this week. If you have any questions, please feel free to call 755-1257 ext. 8711. The project is due the week after Thanksgiving, December 2, 2008.
Fall Adventures in MultiAge Mrs. Yarnot’s Class
Hello MultiAge Families!
We are busy planning for our new year. I hope all of you had a wonderful summer and are ready to come back to school!
You’ll have to stop by and see the pictures of Cynthia’s wedding! We didn’t let Tropical Storm Fay, or Hurricane Gustav keep us from having fun!
Remember Tuesday is a full day of school, so come ready for some fun!
You will all need a school box this year with the following supplies:
crayons
pencil
glue stick
scissors
colored pencils (if you like)
I do not allow markers at school as they create such a mess sometimes and it is difficult to do your best with them. We always have fun without them!
